Initiate Your Request

Prepare the Package
Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached, and include a copy of your packing slip or RA confirmation inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our central distribution center, ensuring you use a trackable shipping method for your protection.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 7-10 business days.
