The Type 2 (medium) individual first aid kit contains the necessary supplies to treat minor to moderate injuries in 26 to 50 employees in a low-risk work environment.

The following kits meet the updated requirements of CSA Standard Z1220-24 for workplaces. Quebec and Nova Scotia have recently adopted these new standards. Since each province is responsible for determining its own standards, it is possible that these updated kits may be adopted at a later date.
